We hope this communication finds you all in good health. We want to inform you of an important change within our dental practice that may directly affect your care. Sadly, Dr Jake O’Connell, will be leaving our practice from 1st July 2023. We are sure you will, with us wish Jake the very best in his future career endeavours.
We understand that transitions like these can raise concerns and uncertainties, especially when it comes to your dental health. However, please be assured that we are taking all the necessary steps to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of care for all our patients.
We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that we are currently in the process of recruiting another talented dentist to join our team. We are committed to maintaining a high standard of care and ensuring that our patients receive the best dental services available. We will keep you updated on any developments regarding the new dentist joining our practice.
We understand the importance of building strong patient-dentist relationships and want to assure you that in the interim of recruitment your dental history and treatment plans will be seamlessly transferred to Dr Sarel Jansen Van Vuuren, Principal Dentist and Business Owner. Your personalised care and the specific requirements of your oral health will continue to be our top priority. We are currently looking to increase our opening hours and working days to support the continuity of your care during this transition.
If you have an upcoming appointment scheduled after Dr Jake O’Connell’s departure, our staff will be in touch with you to either confirm or reschedule the appointment and provide any necessary information regarding the transition. We kindly request your understanding and flexibility during this period of change.
